If I could give less than 1 star I would. We dealt with Belinda Hocking and not only is she very unprofessional in her communication, she doesn't return phone calls, she is very willing to freely dispense misinformation and false financial advise she is NOT qualified to provide. Not to mention that she is ridiculously over pricing her properties just to get the vendor to sign up with her. Lucky for us we were able to pull out of the purchase within the cooling off period. She stated to us that Westpac will not lend to us in Eildon. We now have a mortgage with Westpac for a property in Eildon. It would appear she may be getting kickbacks from the NAB branch in Alexandra. Do your self a favor and avoid at all costs. I wish I could tell the vendor directly what a mistake they've made.
I have never felt the need to write a negative review but I felt so passionately about my treatment, that I had to share my experience to caution others. I have recently purchased a property in Taylor Bay, like the previous reviewer I also struggled communicating with Belinda Hocking. Her passive aggressive manner nearly cost her the sale. I had to follow her up, she appeared disinterested in selling the property as she returned my call days later. Her advertisement was initially incorrect and included items that were not related to the property, such as access to a ramp that was not part of the title. If I didn't have prior knowledge of the land I would have felt scammed. The only reason I pursued with this sale was to protect an existing property we own. I literally had no communication with her after electronically signing the contract. As both a vendor or a purchaser I would highly, not recommend using Landmark Harcourts Alexandra; Belinda Hocking.
This is one of the most unprofessional real estate agents we have ever dealt with. We recently purchased a property listed with this realtor and dealt directly with Belinda Hocking. She failed to return many of our calls and when she did get around to returning them, she did so days later. Belinda seemed disinterested in selling the property. I would not recommend using this realtor.
